Ankitha Rajesh

Ankitha Rajesh, BS,  is a nutritionist and women’s health advocate dedicated to helping women achieve optimal wellness through nutrition. With experience in clinical nutrition, Ankitha combines her deep understanding of dietary science with a passion for empowering women to live their healthiest lives.

Ankitha earned her BS in Nutritional Sciences from San Jose State University, where she focused on the dietetics. After years of working in the field and navigating her own PCOS journey she recognized a gap in the wellness industry—women lacked accessible, evidence-based nutrition guidance tailored specifically to the phases of their menstrual cycle. This realization inspired her to create Nourish Her designed to provide women with personalized nutrition care that evolves with their bodies throughout each menstrual phase.

As an aspiring Registered Dietitian (RD), Ankitha has worked with women of all ages, from teenagers experiencing their first periods to women in perimenopause. She is particularly passionate about helping women manage symptoms like PMS, PCOS, and hormonal imbalances through food. With her research-driven approach and commitment to holistic well-being, Ankitha offers practical, easy-to-follow nutrition strategies that can be seamlessly integrated into daily life.

In addition to her work with Nourish Her, Ankitha frequently speaks about the importance of nutrition in women’s health. Through Nourish Her, she aims to create a supportive, informed community where women can learn to optimize their nutrition for better energy, mood, and overall well-being at every stage of their menstrual journey.
